🛑 no more course shell headaches - here's how

It was my birthday last week 🎉 We were able to take a short trip to the Florida sunshine to see my parents and father-in-law who take a long winter vacation at the beach.

I really enjoyed the research article I found this week. As our virtual classrooms and grade books become more complex, it becomes increasingly difficult to be efficient and competent when working in an LMS.

The work of maintaining a course shell is immense and often not factored into workload. And as nurse educators, we are subject matter experts, masters of the clinical unit, but advanced tech, accessibility best practices, and digital pedagogy are not often the focus of our CE credits or supplement training. It can become a source of time pressure and burnout, and I just loved the idea of creating this type of team to offload this part of our workload.

Alright, on to the ideas!
